...Greg Boehm wrote this powerfully insightful poem. He gave it to me following the session and after reading it I realized these words are describing what happens to mental obstructions during a bars session from the point of view of the thoughts themselves. And that was his very first experience with the bars.
Skipping silk across a glassen pond
No matter the choice of trajectory
