Join me in a 2-hour workshop geared towards keeping your body happy during your ride, and after. We will focus on accessing core power, beneficial pre- and post-ride postures and proper spinal, shoulder and neck alignment.
Breathing techniques will be discussed to help keep your pace strong and use your energy more efficiently while on your ride. All levels of yogis and riders welcome!
