Join Thomas Richardson, Licensed Acupuncturist and I on a sensory journey to detoxify, relax and rejuvenate your mind and body. The journey will begin with an intentional vinyasa and restorative aroma yoga practice transitioning into a detoxifying acupuncture protocol during savasana or seated meditation (you choose!). After the acupuncture, we’ll enjoy a tasting of organic raw chocolates and have time to enjoy tea, explore the grounds, journal and take in the view.
